James Murray runs Logic Puzzle Club and builds Variant Sudoku and other puzzle sites. He took a logic class at UMKC and found it beautiful to see simple rules lead to solutions that could be proved. He solves variant sudoku often and spends hours watching channels like Cracking the Cryptic. He finds beauty in the solutions and in the moment things click.
He started the club for puzzles that have one answer and never need a guess. He thinks one puzzle a day isn’t enough, so 20 of the club’s 21 games have unlimited play. Each game also has lessons that teach the logic behind it.
